🇮🇹 Benvenuti a Villa Baia Azzurra! Grazie per averci scelto per le vostre vacanze in Sicilia. Siamo felici di avervi come nostri ospiti! Per un soggiorno piacevole e sicuro, è utile conoscere le semplici linee guida della casa.   

 

• Gli ospiti sono responsabili dell'ordine, della pulizia e della sistemazione dell'alloggio. In qualità di casa vacanze, agli ospiti spetta il compito di pulire, riordinare e portar via la spazzatura dall'appartamento.  

• Ordine, cortesia e cura del nostro alloggio è ciò che chiediamo e siamo sicuri di ricevere dai nostri ospiti. È auspicabile e richiesto un uso rispettoso degli spazi sia interni che comuni.  Gli ospiti sono tenuti a utilizzare con cura gli arredi e le attrezzature degli appartamenti esclusivamente per gli scopi previsti. Non è consentito spostare le dotazioni e gli arredi all’esterno degli appartamenti. In caso di danneggiamento delle dotazioni e degli arredi che esuli dalla normale usura, il costo sarà interamente addebitato all’ospite e detratto dalla cauzione. Ove questa non fosse sufficiente, sarà richiesta l’integrazione.

• Non è assolutamente consentito fumare all’interno delle camere. L’osservanza di questa regola nasce dall’esigenza di tutelare chi non fuma e chi verrà dopo di voi, oltre che dalle norme di prevenzione incendi.  

• È nostra premura informarvi che gli appartamenti non dispongono di cassette di sicurezza. Pertanto vi invitiamo a non lasciare nessun effetto di valore incustodito negli alloggi e nelle aree comuni. Invitiamo gli ospiti a chiudere sempre porte e finestre e accertarsi che tutte le tapparelle siano chiuse e bloccate con gli appositi fermi. La struttura declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, il furto od il danneggiamento di oggetti di vostra proprietà. Ciascun ospite è tenuto alla custodia dei propri effetti personali e dei preziosi. Il proprietario non risponde per l'eventuale scomparsa o malaugurata sottrazione dei suddetti.  

• Il proprietario fornirà la biancheria da letto e da bagno a inizio soggiorno e consegnerà l'alloggio dopo aver effettuato il servizio di pulizia e di check completo dei locali.  

• Per garantire a tutti un piacevole soggiorno, gli ospiti sono pregati di evitare rumori molesti rispettando la quiete e il riposo, sia all’interno sia all’esterno degli appartamenti, nei seguenti orari: dalle 13.00 alle 15.00 in orario diurno; dalle 23.00 alle 8.30 del mattino. 

• È severamente vietata la presenza di persone estranee o ospiti extra non segnalati previamente in ogni ambiente della villa.  

• Villa Baia Azzurra è una casa per vacanze, dunque NÉ LA COLAZIONE NÈ ALTRI PASTI SONO SERVITI. 

• Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare alcunché nel WC ma usando gli appositi cestini.  

 

ARRIVO  

• La consegna delle camere è prevista dalle ore 16:00, salvo diverse necessità dei nostri ospiti. Al fine di organizzarci, sarà gradita una comunicazione da parte vostra circa l’orario di arrivo ed eventuali anticipi/ritardi.  

• Al momento dell’arrivo in struttura vanno consegnati i documenti di identità (Passaporto o Carta di Identità) in corso di validità, necessari per le registrazioni previste dalla normativa vigente. La non osservanza di tale obbligo costituisce violazione alle norme del codice penale e ci autorizza a chiedere l’abbandono immediato dell'alloggio. I dati dei nostri ospiti sono trattati in conformità con la vigente normativa sulla privacy. 

• Una volta compilato il Patto di Responsabilità per comprovare il vs. pagamento attestante l’importo e i dati del vostro soggiorno verrà richiesto il saldo del soggiorno. 

• Agli ospiti vengono consegnate le chiavi della struttura. In caso di smarrimento e/o deterioramento delle stesse, deve essere data tempestiva comunicazione al proprietario per la loro sostituzione.  

 

SPESE E RICHIESTE EXTRA 

• È possibile l'inserimento gratuito di una culla per i vostri piccoli.   

• Possibilità di richiedere ombrellone da spiaggia.  

• Possibilità di noleggiare teli mare. Tale richiesta dovrà essere effettuata con anticipo alla nostra struttura.  

• Vi è la possibilità di portare cani di piccola e media taglia, elencate tra le razze non classificate come pericolose, previa richiesta alla nostra struttura. Il vostro amico a quattro zampe potrà alloggiare con un sovrapprezzo extra.    

 

CAMBIO BIANCHERIA E PULIZIA EXTRA   

• Non sono compresi cambi infrasettimanali di biancheria. È possibile richiederli com servizio extra. 

• Qualora si desideri una pulizia infrasettimanale è possibile richiederla come servizio extra.   

• Per i soggiorni superiori a una settimana è caldamente consigliata una pulizia a metà soggiorno e cambio della biancheria da letto e da bagno, in modo da riassettare l'alloggio e permettere a voi ospiti un proseguo di  vacanza ottimale.   

 

PARTENZA  

• Il giorno della vostra partenza, le camere dovranno essere lasciate libere entro e non oltre le ore 10:00 per consentire agli addetti di effettuare le pulizie.  

• Gli ospiti dovranno lasciare l'alloggio nelle stesse condizioni di quando sono entrati – in ordine e senza danni.   

• Controllo dell'immobile e check dello stato del suddetto. 

• Saldo delle eventuali spese extra e riconsegna delle chiavi.

🇬🇧 Welcome to Villa Baia Azzurra! Thank you for choosing our home for your Sicilian holidays. We are happy and grateful to have you as our guests. For a pleasant and safe stay it would be wise to know these few simple guidelines.  

 

• The guests are responsible for order, tidy and cleanliness of the accomodation. As a holiday home, the guests should clean and tidy the apartment during the stay and take away the garbage from the apartment. 

• Respect and care of our accommodation is what we ask and we are sure to get from our guests. It is apreciated a respectful use of both internal and common areas. 

• This is a NO SMOKING property. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, except in outdoor spaces. The observance of this rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke and who will come after you, as well as from the rules of fire prevention.

• We would like to inform you that the apartments have no safety deposit boxes. When the guests left the apartment, we warmly suggest you to lock the doors and make sure all the windows and the roller shutters are closed and locked. The structure declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects owned by you. Each guest has to take care of their personal and precious objects. The host is not responsible for any disappearance or unfortunate subtraction.

• The host will provide bed linen and bath towels at the beginning of your stay, and give you the accommodation after the cleaning service and its deeply check. 

• We ask to our guests to use furniture and equipment of the apartment exclusively for the intended purpose. It is not allowed to move them outside the apartments. In case of damage - different from their normal use, the cost will be fully charged to the guest and deducted from the deposit. If this is not enough, an integration will be required. 

• To ensure a pleasant stay, it is kindly requested to avoid unpleasant noise, both inside and outside the apartments, at the following times: from 1pm to 3pm in the afternoons; from 11pm to 8.30am in the mornings. 

• It is strictly forbidden the presence of strangers or extra guests in the villa. 

• Villa Baia Azzurra is a holiday home, so THE BREAKFAST AND OTHER MEALS ARE NOT SERVED.  

• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet but using the appropriate bins.

 

ARRIVAL 

• Arrival time: from 4.00pm (except for different needs of our guests. In order to organize the check-in operations, it will be appreciated a communication about the arrival time and any advances/delays). 

• Valid identity documents (passport or identity card/driving license) for the registrations are required according to current legislation. The refusal of this obligation constitutes a violation of the penal code. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.

• Pact of Responsibility - Rental Contract will be filled to prove your payment certifying the and data of your stay.

• It will be required the balance of the stay on arrival.

• The guests receive the keys of the apartment. In case of their loss and/or deterioration, it must be given timely notification for their replacement.  

 

EXTRA CHARGES AND REQUESTS 

• You can timely ask for baby cradle and high chair for your toddler.  

• Possibility to rent beach umbrellas. You can timely ask for them. 

• Possibility to rent beach towels. You can timely ask for them. 

• You can timely ask to bring your pet (small and medium size) with a daily charge. 

 

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - NO DAILY LINEN CHANGE 

• There is no linen changes, unless specifically requested by guests.  

• If you want a mid-week or extra cleaning service, it can be requested. 

• For more than one week stay, it is warmly suggested a mid-stay claening and linen change, in order to rearrange the apartament. The exact time will be planned with the guests, according to your needs and preferences.  

 

DEPARTURE 

• The guests must leave the accommodation no later than 10am to allow the housekeeping service to check, tidy and clean the accomodation for the next guests.   

• The guests have to leave the property in the same initial condition - in order and without damages.
